Is there an Extended Evaluation or challenge mechanism if a proposed Registry Voluntary Commitment or Community Registration Policy is not approved?

Ce contenu est uniquement disponible en : English

No, there is no Extended Evaluation or challenge mechanism for the Registry Commitments Evaluation (RCE). If a proposed Registry Voluntary Commitment (RVC) or Community Registration Policy does not pass the RCE, the applicant's main option is to revise or remove the proposal using the Application Change Request (ACR) process. While applicants may communicate with ICANN during the evaluation process to clarify issues or adjust proposed language, ICANN's determination under the RCE is final for that submission.
