When and how must the Name Collision High-Risk Mitigation Plan be submitted?

The applicant must submit an Application Change Request (ACR) to add a High-Risk Mitigation Plan within 90 days of the string being designated as high risk, or within 90 days of resolving contention (if applicable). The timeframe for submitting an ACR may be extended up to 180 days upon reasonable request by the applicant. If the High-Risk Mitigation Plan is not submitted via ACR within the allowed timeframe, the application will be terminated.
