The plan is reviewed by a panel of technical experts during the Name Collision High-Risk Mitigation Plan Evaluation. The evaluation focuses on whether the plan correctly identifies the root causes of the identified high-risk name collisions, and has a high likelihood of effectively reducing or eliminating those risks. This evaluation is subject to an additional fee.
