How does the Registry Commitments Evaluation handle variant strings?

If an application includes allocatable variant strings and proposes a Registry Voluntary Commitment (RVC) or Community Registration Policy, the commitment or policy must apply to both the primary string and applied-for variant strings and will be evaluated in a single Registry Commitments Evaluation.
