A Name Collision High-Risk Mitigation Plan is a plan submitted by an applicant whose applied-for string has been identified, during Name Collision Initial Assessment or Temporary Delegation, as a high-risk string. The plan explains how the applicant will reduce or eliminate the risks associated with name collisions before or after the applied-for string is delegated.
