The .Brand TLD Eligibility Evaluation is a conditional review to determine whether an applied-for string qualifies to operate as a .Brand TLD. If an application passes this evaluation and later completes all other required steps, Specification 13 will be added to the applicant's Registry Agreement, allowing the TLD to function as a .Brand.
