Singular/Plural Notifications must be submitted through the Singular/Plural Notifications page on the New gTLD Program website. The filing window runs for 30 days immediately following String Confirmation Day. Singular/Plural Notifications submitted outside that window will not be considered, except in extraordinary circumstances.
