The filing window for Singular/Plural Notifications runs for 30 days immediately following String Confirmation Day on 17 November, 2026. Singular/Plural Notifications submitted outside that window will not be considered, except in extraordinary circumstances.
To file a Singular/Plural Notification, go to the Singular/Plural Notification page and complete the Singular/Plural Notification Form (PDF). Provide all required information and supporting evidence identified in the form based on Section 4.4.1 of the Applicant Guidebook. Email the completed form and all supporting attachments to 26r-singular-plural-notifications@icann.org. Incomplete submissions may not be considered.
