Criterion 1: Documentation for Meaning or Intended Meaning of the String
An applicant seeking one or more allocatable variant strings where the intended word is not in a dictionary or a dictionary is not published for the language should provide other concrete evidence from the relevant language community (e.g., by the relevant language organization), clearly stating why the word does not exist in the dictionary or why the dictionary is not published, and the meaning of the intended word in that language. Examples of use of the intended word in multiple published and referenceable texts by different authors supporting the assertion of use of the word should be provided.
