The Registry Commitments Evaluation (RCE) is ICANN's process for reviewing proposed Registry Voluntary Commitments (RVCs) and Community Registration Policies to determine whether they can be approved and included in the Registry Agreement. The evaluation checks whether the proposed commitments meet established criteria to become contractual obligations.
