After receiving notice through TAMS, the applicant has 21 days to submit a written response to ICANN. This response is shared with both the ICANN Board and the GAC. In its response, the applicant may explain its position, suggest changes to the application, or outline steps to address the GAC concerns raised. The applicant may also withdraw the application, in which case the applicable refund amount applies.
