If the applicant that prevailed in the ICANN New gTLD Auction has paid its winning bid payment and is subsequently unable to proceed as a result of the applicable evaluation processes, it will receive a refund of its winning auction bid, in addition to any applicable refund of its application fee.
ICANN reserves the right to withhold any costs or fees that the auction provider has charged or will charge for its services.
