ICANN will check to confirm that the requested changed string:
- Meets all criteria for .Brand String Change Request;
- Passes the String Evaluation;
- Is not subject to any successful String Confusion objections or verified singular/plural notification.
It is important to note that if the .Brand String Change Request passes the String Evaluation, there will be a 30-day application comment period, during which anyone can submit comments.
If the request passes all the checks above, ICANN will approve the string change and update the .Brand TLD application accordingly.
