How will ICANN review a challenge of Singular/Plural Notification Evaluation?

The challenge is assessed under a "clearly erroneous" standard. The original determination will stand unless ICANN:

• Failed to follow the appropriate procedures, or
• Failed to consider or solicit necessary material evidence or information.

ICANN will communicate the results of the challenge within 30 days of filing.
