The challenge is assessed under a "clearly erroneous" standard. The original determination will stand unless ICANN:
- Failed to follow the appropriate procedures, or
- Failed to consider or solicit necessary material evidence or information.
ICANN will communicate the results of the challenge within 30 days of filing.
