What information must a GAC Member Early Warning include?

GAC Member Early Warnings must include:

• A written explanation describing the concern
• The reasons the application is considered potentially problematic
• Guidance on how the applicant may address the concern

The GAC Member Early Warning should also include contact information of the concerned GAC member or observer to allow direct communication with the applicant.
