On what grounds can a challenge of Singular/Plural Notifications Evaluation be made?

Контент доступен только на следующих языках: English

ICANN will review a challenge if it appears that:

  • The determination incorrectly identified an applied-for string as a singular or plural version of another string.
  • The dictionary used to support the singular/plural claim did not meet the established criteria.

The review is conducted under a "clearly erroneous" standard, meaning the original determination will stand unless ICANN failed to follow proper procedures or consider necessary evidence.
