Yes. Within twenty-one (21) days after receiving the notice of the evaluation outcome, the applicant may file a challenge if the applicant believes that the String Similarity Evaluation Panel made a factual, procedural, or system error. If an error is confirmed, the evaluation will be reevaluated. If no error is found, the original outcome stands.
