Application comments may be submitted only during the official comment periods:
- After publication of applications: A 104-day application comment period opens on String Confirmation Day.
- After certain application changes: A 30-day application comment period opens following .Brand String Change Requests or material Application Change Requests.
Only application comments submitted within these official timeframes will be considered by evaluation panels.
