Applicants that submit Registry Voluntary Commitments (RVCs) and/or Community Registration Policies must pay a one-time fixed fee of USD 15,000, in addition to the gTLD evaluation fee. This fee covers the cost of ICANN's review and is required to be received by ICANN before the evaluation begins. For Community Applications that proceed to Community Priority Evaluation (CPE), the RCE fee will be deducted from the CPE fee, if CPE occurs.
