Safeguard PICs are additional contractual obligations placed in the Registry Agreements of certain strings, beyond the Mandatory Public Interest Commitments (Mandatory PICs) required for all gTLDs. They are designed to protect consumers, address risks in regulated sectors, and safeguard the public interest.
