What are the components of Applicant Evaluation?

Applicant Evaluation consists of two components, both of which are mandatory for all applicants:

  1. Background Screening: Checks the applicant's background to ensure only established and reputable entities are allowed to operate a new gTLD. Applications may be denied if concerns are identified. Learn more.
