What are the main components of the Financial and Operational Evaluation?

Three components inform the Financial and Operational evaluation:

  1. Financial Statements: Audited, reviewed, or compiled financial statements for the applying entity (or Qualified Parent Entity, if used), prepared by a third-party accounting firm (Governments are exempt).
  2. Self-Certification: Signed certification by the CEO, President, or CFO (and co-signed by the Qualified Parent Entity when applicable).
  3. Operational / Planning: Operational documents and planning materials showing capability to run the gTLD registry.
