Financial and Operational Evaluation is performed once for each applying entity. The evaluation results apply to all applications submitted by that entity in the same round. Financial and Operational evaluation templates must consolidate all Domains Under Management (DUMs) and projected expenses across all applied-for strings, including variant strings if applicable.
