What does “Annual Reports are not acceptable” mean?

This content is available only in English Language

When the Applicant Guidebook says “Annual Reports are not acceptable,” it is referring to Annual Reports with additional marketing-type material and other information. We require only the audited, reviewed, or compiled financial statements sections relevant to ICANN’s financial review. Annual Securities Reports, such as Form 10-K or 20-F, that include an auditor’s report, audited financial statements, and accompanying notes meet the criteria set forth in the Applicant Guidebook and are acceptable. Where further information is needed, evaluators may engage with applicants via clarifying questions.
