No. Applied-for strings must be in scripts that are supported by the current version of the RZ-LGR. If a script is not yet integrated in the RZ-LGR, the script community must work with ICANN to add it to the RZ-LGR through the established procedure. Applications for strings in that script can only be submitted in a future round after integration is complete.
