What issues can be challenged with respect to pre-submission validations?

Challenges are allowed if the applicant believes that:

• The system incorrectly classified a string as a Blocked Name.
• The system incorrectly classified a string as a Reserved Name.
• The system incorrectly implemented the DNS Stability Review checks.
