An applicant may submit an ACR at any time from String Confirmation Day through the execution of the Registry Agreement. Applicants are required to promptly notify ICANN if information in the application becomes untrue, inaccurate, or outdated. Failure to notify ICANN of any change in circumstances that would render any information provided in the application false or misleading may result in the application failing to proceed.
