The gTLD evaluation fee in the New gTLD Program: 2026 Round covers one applied-for primary string and up to four allocatable variant strings. If an applicant wants to apply for more than four variant strings, the applicant must pay the full evaluation fee for each additional variant string.
If the applicant is a registry operator of a gTLD that was delegated in the 2012 Round of the New gTLD Program, the applicant can apply for up to four variant strings without paying the evaluation fee in the 2026 Round of the program.
Standard conditional fees apply for any conditional evaluations.
