Session Time-Outs
Your session will time out after four hours of inactivity. Before your session ends, a warning dialog will appear, allowing you the option to extend your session.
The RSP portal uses a soft-lock feature to restrict application editing to a single session only, preventing multiple users editing an application simultaneously. To ensure you don't get locked out of your application, please select "SAVE & CLOSE" at least every four hours. If you wish to discard your current changes and immediately release the lock for others, simply select "CANCEL."
Note: The RSP portal does not auto-save applications, so please save your work frequently to avoid losing progress.
