No, Singular/Plural Notifications must be submitted per string pair (applied-for string against another applied-for string, existing gTLD, or Blocked Name). Primary and applied-for variant strings should each receive separate notifications for every other string against which Singular/Plural review is needed.

If one of the applied-for primary or variant strings is confirmed to be a singular/plural form of another applied-for string, existing gTLD, or Blocked Name, the determination is applied to the entire application.

However, if the determination affects only one or more applied-for variant string(s), the applicant may withdraw the affected variant string(s) via a change request. In this case, the application may proceed without the impacted variant string(s).
