The ASP Application System will close at the end of the New gTLD Program: 2026 Round application submission period. After the system closes, access to the ASP Application System will be removed for all users.
The status of your ASP application after system closure will depend on where it is in the application process:
- Draft applications that were never submitted will be deactivated.
- Applications that are no longer actively progressing because required actions were not completed by their applicable deadlines will be moved to a "Terminated" status.
- Applications that have already reached a final outcome, such as "Fully Approved", "Withdrawn", or "Not Eligible for Support", will retain that status.

If your ASP application requires further action, you are encouraged to complete all required actions as soon as possible, and no later than the close of the New gTLD Program: 2026 Round application submission period.
