To enter an application into the draw, a ticket that costs USD 100 must be purchased in person for each application. One ticket can only represent one application. The participating applicant must purchase the ticket through a designated representative or proxy in person. Online ticket purchases are not available. If an applicant submits multiple applications, a separate ticket is required for each application entered into the draw.
