Yes, all applicants applying under the Standard profile must submit the templates. The Applicant Guidebook does not provide an exemption for .brand applicants. The Standard profile allows for those that do not fit the other profiles to further demonstrate its operational planning, regardless of operating model, including how it plans to mitigate identified risks.
