Applicants are requested to provide original documents for all supporting documentation. When submitting original documentation in a language other than English, applicants must provide:
- Original documents.
- English translations for each document.
- A certificate of translation accuracy for each document.
The certificate of translation must be written in English and include:
- Translator's qualifications.
- A statement affirming the completeness and accuracy of the translation.
- Identification of the translated document and its original language.
- Translator's name, signature, and date.
Certificates of translation are typically provided by professional translators or agencies and do not need notarization.
